Man... I've literally been counting down the days left until Dec. 25... I must own a copy of this game sometime soon!! Insomniac is one of my favorite developers out there making games.
I personally thought the ending was good. In a way it sucks, but it leaves it open for another and anyone couldve expected it after Hale and that other guy talk about it.

I love how he says "This is only the beginning"
That's a huge "HELLO, WE'RE MAKING A MUTHA ****IN SEQUEL!"
But who will be the protagonist?
Btw, this made it on NIMF's list of 10 games unsuitable for children.
Just bought it a few days ago. Not the best FPS. The game did contain graphic glitches if you look closely at the corner of some objects like cars and furniture. The designer seem to gave great detail on the characters and Chimera. I have a high expectation for this game but sadly turned out to be quite disappointed.
OMFG... helping the soldiers cross that bridge over the Chicago River was so freaking epic, and so freaking life-like... I love this game... there's simply so much of an overall improvement over the first game. Makes me wish all developers did as much work as Insomniac seems to do.

Creep, the ending will make you **** brix.
I loved it.

I finished the game about a week ago, and I'm still waiting to start "sh*tting bricks"... the game's ending was pretty predictable, if you ask me.
Perhaps if they re-named the trophy that you receive after killing Daedilus (or however his name is spelled), it wouldn't have been so blatantly obvious??
I'll probably start the MP of Resistance 2 once I've gotten used to playing Skate 2 like I was able to when the first Skate game was originally released.

Ending sucked but overall it was a pretty nice game.
(sup yall spook poppin in for his once per 6month comment)
To be extremely honest I don't get why people love this game and it receives the cred I see it getting. A buddy and me rented this game to test it out (the commercials looked badass and I had always been interested about getting into resistance, never played first one) and I don't know if I'm playing a different game than the rest of you or something, but I was quite disappointed. I kept going through cycles of getting uber bored on campaign and thinking "Hmmmpff. Let's try online for a bit." Then groaning at the multiplayer and going "beh, maybe the campaign will pick up more soon" and going back and forth unsatisfied. It feels to me like a really basic shooter with a sub par engine and a story and style comprised of borrowed ideas from Halo, Call of Duty and other games. I just couldn't get into it, I wasn't stimulated. But that's just me.
