This game is awesome as well as Gears of War. Both games are a must have. They both are pretty diverse in online gameplay. The graphics are awesome on COD3, and now there are 24 players instead of the original 8 players I think. There's also vehicles, and the levels are relatively big for how much info that needs to be put in.
I really like this game and I've been playing it constantly. I have now put GoW and R6V on the backburner because COD3 is a Gamefly Rental. I played the Multiplayer for the First time yesterday too and I'm thinking I might just make a purchase out of it. I want to beat CoD3 because I have a feeling alot of people on here are going to have R6V at Christmas time. Looks like there is going to be a small dry spell as far as games go after Christmas ( For me Anyways ) so I'm going to be cleaning up alot of unfinished games.
I didn't like online, got quite far in single player and then my xbox died and so i lost all my save files, couldn't be bothered to do it all again so I sold CoD.

I would say GoW and R6:V are more of a must have combo. I dont know, I just think the whole WW2 genre is played out. And CoD hasnt really done anything new since the first one. And I think that it's still way to linear of a game. Visuals and sound are always outstanding though (although, I think R6 looks better).
Cod3 is very nice. When i played it (with surround sound on) I felt like I was actually in the war. The part where you are face to face with a German soldier still creeps me out. Graphics are top notch.
I love Call Of Duty so much, i played Call Of Duty 2 and simply loved it, i can't wait to pop open this game on monday, dam Call Of Duty its been along time your my best shooter friend, i love COD way more then i did socom, from what i saw from the graphics this game looks so amazing, i heard COD4 will be a modern combat game, maybe something about the current war or maybe a made up WW3

Awsome dude! Finally, a modern combat game for the 360 other than GRAW! lol(And R6:Vegas, Vegas is MUCH more enclosed and up-close and personal type action I hear), so CoD in modern times sounds great, but it might be a risk on the company's part, seeing as most CoD fans are diehard WW2 game fans(Or at least a good portion of them)
