One or twice a week... coz my work start at 10 pm everyday so i usually go to fastfood when i have my sparetime....

To be honest, I don't remember the last time I had an actual meal out of fast food. I think it might have been in January. I don't count pizza, because pizza isn't fast for me. They deliver in around 45 minutes here. If it were here in like 5, then I'd say I had fast food like a week ago.

Usually whenever I'm at work. Which is 4 or 5 days a week. Now it ain't **** like McDonalds, it's chili with a bun, drink and donut. On occasion I hit either the Pizza Pizza or Coyote Jack's (burger joint).
EDIT - I forgot to mention the intense workout I get at work so it all kinda balances out.

I said 3-4 times a week. I love Chicken wraps, so when I'm home I don't mind going to McDonalds or Wendys. Other than that, I might go to BK for a fish sandwich which is the ****. Usually it's out of my control when I eat fastfood, my parents just bring it home and that's what's for dinner or my friends all just go together and I'm not going to be a ***** about it. At school the cafeteria food is hell, and the Taco Bell or Subway down the street is all I got when I don't have food myself. Oh and fastfood is not disgusting, I don't care what you say, it's just unhealthy.

I may start cutting back on my fast food intake. I went the extra mile today and had two Quarter Pounders and a large fry. I paid for it later though.  .
Maybe stick to vegetables and poultry for awhile. Chicken is always good anyways. And for those of you who never went the extra mile and had two quarter pounders with a large fry, let me congratulate you on being much more smarter than me.

You think that's bad Pat? That's nothing like what my friend John did. We went to A&W and he got 2 Grandpa (3 patty) burgers, a poutine and a large drink. If that doesn't threaten to stop your heart, I dunno what does.

I eat it maybe once a week, usually BK. After stumbling across this thread yesterday I challenged my friend to eat 4 triple whoppers at BK. We went to BK after school and he ate all 4 with a large fry and pop to top it.. I didn't think it was possible.
