Worst President(s) after the 1900's. (Excluding Bush)
I only included presidents after the 1900's that were given the reputation of being a bad/unmoral president. I excluded George W. Bush because it's obvious he'd win given his low approval rating and high disapproval rating.
Nixon and Hoover get my vote.
Nixon,
Watergate Scandal. He lied about it first off, he tried to pay the defendants off to not say anything. He lied about the war in Vietnam. Just a bad all around **** weed of a president.
Hoover,
This bastard was unlucky enough to take the white house during the Great Depression. Not only did he not do anything to prepare for something like this, he completely ignored it. He didn't help people get out of it. He made promises about it, but didn't go through with them. Thank God Roosevelt took office after him.
Now, I'm curious, who's your nominee?

Warren G. Harding. (29th 1921-23)
He was an awful person to succeed Woodrow Wilson. Major thing was the Teapot Dome scandal in which he took money from the Naval gasoline reserves without approval.
He would also go out and drink (which was illegal then) at parties and then often be late for important meetings the next day. Simply no responsibility.
He died before his term was over by a heart attack.

I would vote Johnson if you had him in the poll... he was responsible for major involvement in Vietnam which, while it was a vital conflict, was fought in the wrong way and its legacy has severely damaged the USA. Lying is just plain politics, and adultery is human, so I don't mind Nixon or Clinton.

I was going to but with what he did with the Civil Rights Movement, I found him great for that. Although he was the main reason or one of the main reasons, I still think hes a good man for helping desegregate the USA.

Sources say it was Mark Felt. Read up on it here, Deep Throat - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

My vote came on a bit of a personal issue.
Back when I lived in Indiana (this was about 10 years ago, a little less), my family was planning to build a nice house (with a deck!!!) in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. We even had all the trees marked off and had broken ground. Clinton then passes a bill which causes my dad to lose his job, in turn leading to us getting evicted from the house we were living in.
So now, instead of living in a small town in a quiet area, I'm living 2 blocks from the ghetto.

Cool link from Wiki about Polls taken ranking the Presidents:
Historical rankings of United States Presidents - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
And Pat why would you put Harry S. Truman on the list? From what I've learned he did a pretty good job succeeding a man who was elected to four straight terms, and couldn't have done a finer job doing so.

I'm not going to start a "debate" about this but the Japanese were not going to surrender unless the US and Allies pushed into the mainlands, you could also say they fight to the death. The Japanese were fighting an un-winalbe war and Truman didn't any more US casualties. He Dropped a nuke and gave them 2 full days to surrender, then the next one came. Thankfully there hasn't been a nuke dropped since but in this case he made a tough decision to try to save lives of his allies and own soldiers.
I understand your thoughts though, people dieing in mass numbers like that is something words can't describe and hopefully nukes will never be launched again (or at least not when I'm alive).
