Xbox has released the cover for Madden 09 and Favre is on the cover. There were ads on the marketplace for like a week saying they would release who was on the cover today.
I think being that Favre has retired and Madden has a serious Man Crush on # 4 he would be a good cover. But I don't think that would happen even though it would be a nice tribute.
Cha-Ching. Good for him. Now I wonder what this years new gameplay gimmick is going to be ?
Not much bad for Vince Young though. Just had that injury that held him back, but they still made the playoffs.

Just thought that I'd throw it out there that Brett Favre is a Southern Miss alumni... "Southern Miss to the top!" I'll be graduating from USM next May, so we love Brett Favre here. It would take me maybe ten minutes to get to his house from here. He has a HUGE piece of land on the side of the highway where his house is here in Hattiesburg.
Haha, cause Brett Favre's on the cover of Madden 09. So I'm really proud to have him come from Southern Miss. I'm quite sure he'll be at some of our home games this coming fall. I'm gonna get him to autograph my Madden cover when it comes out.
