From the poll I would say Frosted Flakes. But actually my favorite cereal brand is Crunch Berries.

Coco Pops Coco Rocks... named by a retard surely, but very tasty. They are made up of two different things, one is crap but the other is like cereal sex. You have to ration the better bits, otherwise you get a mouthful of useless, but it still balances out to be a good meal.

Just out of curiousity, a few other cereal questions. First, do you guys stick to the 30g recommended serving for most cereals? And what kind of milk do you use?

I once measured out thirty grams of cereal and it was like... how can someone go over 12 hours without grub and then eat only that and expect to survive til lunch? It boggles the mind, I eat at least 60g each morning. The cereals I eat are like designed for 7 year olds, so I use skimmed milk. Full milk with that stuff would like cause an explosion, too much sugar and additives.

Kelloggs make like 3 of those 4 options, I think I'll vote for their old reliable corn flakes. Kellogs are appointed by her majesty the queen as official cereal providers or something... I can't see the queen eating coco rocks happening any time soon.

Plain ol' Corn Flakes with some sugar over the top are great, but you can't beat Sugar Puffs!

I don't usually eat cereal but I have had a sudden craving for Sugar Puffs so I will be eating those for a while. Only thing I don't like about them is they make the milk all black sometimes.

I think I use semi-skimmed milk (Green labels) and definitely don't stick to the 30g guideline. Fill the bowl 3/4 full with cereal, fill the rest of the bowl with milk....... nice!

Corn Flakes and skim milk. Usually drizzled with honey.

My favorite kind of cereal has always been just plain old Cheerios. They're just so damn good with milk. Can't beat eating them regular either.
