It's a toss up between a Mocha Chip Blizzard or a Caramel Waffle Bowl. I have a DQ within 300 feet of my house and I hate it so. 
What the Hell is a Dilly Bar ????

I used to have a DQ near my place but it got replaced by a ****ing Commerce bank like 2 years ago. I haven't been to an ice cream place since. Anyway, I'd have to go with the Blizzard although I can't really remember what my favorite one was. Vanilla with Heath bar/waffle cone sounds really good right about now.

I'd have to go with the traditional sundae..something about the cold ice cream and warm chocolate sauce makes it really good.

They changed the name of the Mr. Misty to the Artic Rush. I'm just throwing something out there, but there may have been a lawsuit involved from some business that had Misty in its name or something.

Back in the days when I used to eat ice cream, I'd always normally get a (mint chocolate chip or Oreo) Blizzard from DQ.
