Wow...If that was written on paper I could just tear that to pieces. I haven't had to experience Sony's CS yet, but I'm sure it's just as frustrating.

Anyone that has a 360 isn't going to say Sony's is better and Vice Versa. They're both excellent in there own way and one of which hasn't really come to fruition yet.
