Playstation Network vs. Xbox Live
Which online system do you think is better? The Playstation Network or Xbox Live?

XBL is better for various reasons. XBL has exceptional customer service. When there is a glitch or a "bug" in a game, they will view it and find ways to fix it. When they fix it they send out an easy update then your good to go. It also has a very nice setup to it. IMO XBL is the better online support.

I would have to agree I think XBL is far superior, however PS network is free. But XBL still gets my money every year.

Wow...If that was written on paper I could just tear that to pieces. I haven't had to experience Sony's CS yet, but I'm sure it's just as frustrating.
Still waiting for that phone call.

Anyone that has a 360 isn't going to say Sony's is better and Vice Versa. They're both excellent in there own way and one of which hasn't really come to fruition yet.

Because of my XboX malfunctioning on me 3 times in the past month, I chose the I'm an Idiot option. It's sad when you have the address and phone number to the Customer Service Center memorized

I have 360 and a PS3. The only reason Live is better is because it ha existed longer and customers pay for it. Over time the PSN will evolve, probably not quite as good as XBL, but great for a low cost or possibly free. Sony doesn't care much about people who complain about PSN, because Sony isn't making much money off it.
