I never heard of any of those choices either.

However......I just got back from eating at P.F. Changs in Tampa.
I always make sure I get a Nice sized bag of To~Go food to munch upon for the next day.

Pork Fried Rice with extra Scrambled Egg and Green Onion is hands down my favorite dish above all.

What's funny is every chinese place around me says " New York Style " which is meaningless as well as laughable, and insulting

We have a place here, called Hunan Express. I love their house rice. It's got a bit of everything in it. Shrimp, chicken, pork, egg, etc. I usuallu just get a order of that to go. And they make a pretty good lemon chicken too.

It shouldn't be a surprise to not know the same places. When was the last time you saw a chain of Chinese Restaurants?

I used to like fried rice from my local takeaway, but I don't think they use enough oil. The rice is only half cooked.

I've never heard of what you listed so I picked other. My favorites are fried rice, sweet and sour pork and chicken, teryaki style meats, and egg rolls.
