I am trying to give up the casual smoking and go back to chewing. I have a whole line of chewers that havent got cancer in my family, so why not chew instead of smoke. At least you don't smell bad.

But you rather spit instead? I rather the smell of smoke over someone spitting at my side every 5-10 seconds.

I guess it really just doesn't bother me, having been around it all the time. But I honestly don't really mind cigarettes, but just in my opinion they are more harmful. Both are killers there, no denying it.

You still get bad breath and chewing results in faster yellowing of your teeth than smoking.
