Should I get a 360 or wait for a ps3?

I know, we all should give PS3 a year before comparison, but I doubt in a year the PS3 will have nearly as nice shooter game line-up as the 360 had as it's year mark, unless it can come up with something to even near the awsomeness of Rainbow 6:Vegas and Gears of War(Two of the best games...EVER imo, and I'v only watched videos, but I just can't wait to play them online on Christmas)

I'll try to put it like this.

PS3 is like a sniper rifle, strong in some aspects, very weak in others.

360 is like a M16, an all out balanced choice, Not the best, but Above average in nearly all aspect, and amazing in some, such as online.

Not only does the 360 have terrific shooters, it has an absolutely amazing RPG, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and a all around fun, addicting game..Viv Pinata, who doesn't like a game involving Pink Donkeys?

I have actually heard that the PS3's online is very comparable to the 360's. That its much more organized like the 360's and even has a online shop very similar to the 360. And Nightbringer your comments are bull. Resistance has gotten excellent reviews from every website I have looked at and is far above an "average" shooter. You are also forgetting that R6 Vegas and Call of Duty 3 are coming out on the PS3 as well. While the 360 has some exclusive shooters like GoW and Halo they dont have some of Sony's hard hitters like Final Fantasy XIII or MGS4.

To compare the PS3 and 360 at this point is useless. Once the PS3 gets some more titles out it will be easier to compare and judge the two systems. Wait about 6 more months and you will see that the PS3 will be looking much better.

But a PC is way better then a PS3 and i mean WAY BETTER!, A PC can do almost anything, and if you have the right hardware the graphics for a game can be much better then any game consoles graphics.

I honestly don't care about what the "Reviews" said about R:FOM, To me, it looks like a normal shooter with tweaked graphics.

Another thing bad about the PS3, its not even worth buying for another year or two, when the price dies down and it has a larger/vast game library, then it might be worth buying. Unless of course, like bob said, they start giving free strippers with it..
