Yeah. I think I'll ask for a drumset and some kick *** speakers for my comp for xmas from my dad and leave the whole console business alone. Until the ps3 drops considerably, I won't be spending more than half a grand on a machine that plays videogames. >_>

I'm glad to see you are using your head. I have the same sentiments as you. I want the PS3 bad but the PS2 and Socom will fulfill my needs for a couple more years until the PS3 is $400 or lower.

As soon as I get my new job and I start working again (which won't be much longer), I'm buying either an Xbox 360 or an iPod. No PS3...not for a good while. Hell, with the exception of MGS4, there's not much else I want on the machine that isn't out on 360.

Chea, totally off-topic but I was at a friend's house and I'm like....I'm gonna be an idiot and make some noise on your drums. I did and he says I had good rhythm, and tried to teach me how to read drum music? in like 5 minutes, didn't work, but I thought it was crazy good fun and less people learn how to play drums than guitar so I'm doing drums run on sentences are fun.

PS3. You can get blu-ray and when they have more units in stock next year the games list will be awsome. The 360 has heaps of games and exclusives, but most are ****. Wait for the PS3 imo.

Blu-Ray will slowly die out just like every other exclusive format they try to bring out of the woodwork.
Stick with HD-DVD, and get 360. It's cheaper then Blu-Ray, still supports HD, and has plenty of other good games. Not to mention better online service. I'm surprised I never bought an Xbox.

My vote went to "socks"... they're so cushy, warm, and snuggly... you'd get waaaaaay more in return from a good pair of socks than a PS3 or 360 anyday of the week!
