Basketball
I live in England and I love Basketball but its not that popular here so I cant really play it much and I was wondering since Basketball is an American sport I was wondering who plays it. Because to me its a really good sport and I havent seen many Americans on this site talk about Basketball or just like it.

Basketball is life.
Driving, crossing, fading, rebounding, rejecting peoplez **** = amazing,
I love every aspect of the game, all the history, all the great players. ALl the **** talking, all the,...EVERYTHING.
IF I wasn't sick right now, I'd be shooting hoops. Wait, maybe I will play some ball :)

Yay! I have met people who like basketball! Yeh I agree with you DeAtHaBiT and also Basketball is at its best when people know how to play and follow the rules.

Yeah, I love basketball. I'm pretty good too. I averaged 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 dimes in my boy's club summer league. I play at least an hour every day at the rec club. Basketball is life.

Its hard to find players in Britain that know the rules... most guys treat it like rugby with a bigger ball, but when played correctly it is a far better sport than soccer, although it is simply too american for most europeans to play much
I play it in the gymnasium when a game gets going and its great because nobody cares how well you do... I'm crap at it but the guys don't treat it like footie and so don't laugh at you when you mess up

Yeh lol. In P.E when were playing Basketball in the hall the teacher says 'right remember this a NO contact sport'. So after about 30 seconds into the game a player has the ball then gets knocked over by some fat rugby player lol

I don't play on a team anymore, I used to beast a local league and tournament. Then I slowly slipped away, didn't even try out for my high school team Freshman year, and never did. Sad story, I used to be pretty good.
I still play sometimes though, I love the game. I'm actually heading to the court in about an hour to play with some friends.
