Drowning or Burning to death?

I have never thought about either, and frankly, I really don't want to start thinking about it...

I would die in my sleep of natural causes. If it had to be untimely I would be shot in the head.

Burning. Definitly burning. Hey, if it's going to be the last thing I do, and it's certain that I will die, might as well have fun. But drowning would allow an open casket funeral... But burning saves on cremation if you want that done.

You can survive a shot to the head. But a deagle to the face would be sweet.

What's the problem with dieing? There are two things that can happen.

1) You die, whatever your religion says will happen. I believe in God. I am a Catholic. I believe that when I die, I will be judged, and go to A- Hell B- Purgatory C- Heaven. I have led a good life, so I won't burn in hell. Probably purgatory due to a few things I am ashamed of.

If your not Christian, but you have another religion, then Whatever you believe will happen.

So, the first thing that can happen is an afterlife, that should be good. If you wouldn't have a good one, then change your life so you do.

Now the other option is:

2) You die, and nothing happens. Nothing. No pain, no good, no worries. Just nothing.

Neither choices are bad. The horrible pain before your death won't matter, because if it's too much your brain will overload and you will go numb. Either way it will be only a few seconds.

Anyway, an awesome way to die would be:

1) **** seen in movies regarding Ninjas, big explosions, Martial arts, huge gunfights, and car chases.

2) **** seen in videogames like having a micro-bomb blow you up, someone ripping your heart out, etc

3) Radiation. Fallout, reactor disaster, etc.

4) Heart attack while having sex with hot female.

5) HUUUUUGE Explosion, such as nuke.

6) Cool freefall. Airliner explosion. (you can actuall survive a frefall of 33,000 feet. either land on a large soft object or do a pencil dive over deep water.

Burning is not a fast death... its not fun and it is not enjoyable to clean up after too... being shot, on the other hand, is a good way to go... I have seen guys lying dead in the street after a gunbattle, just smiling (the majority have no expression, but some are just strange)... if a burnt corpse still has feautres, they always carry a horrible expression of pain... Drowning is a reasonably pleasant way to go

I agree with JimDalf, if you get hit in the head you die near immediately. Drowning you live for less then ten minutes, whereas burning can't take longer and is much more painful.

I picked drowning. Burning, as said, is extremely painful and a long process that you could actually live through for quite some time. Drowning is actually a fairly long process as well, you have to float around knowing you can't breathe for minutes, your body struggling for air. The both suck.

My problem is I dont want to be carted off to some Funeral place stripped naked , laid out on a cold table like a slab of London Broil and have every last bit of blood drained out of me, with my wang all exposed and shriveled up like a Salt Encrusted Slug. This is why it's important to me to be eatin alive by some wild beast or instantly disintegrated. There can be no other way.........
I mean think about , do you want the table and slide drawer or do you want a Wild Animal to get some fufillment and enventually crap you out ??

Not everyone has an open casket funeral, it's not that hard to say you wouldn't like that (to family members before you die, obviously).

But they still cut you up, to find out what killed you... if you had a log term illness they won't because they will know what was wrong, but if you are killed in a car crash they will perform a post mortem... and the body must also be embalmed too for health and safety reasons... personally I would rather my family had a body to bury, no matter what has to be done before I can be buried, than my corpse to be left in the hands of nature... I am dead so I have no real objection to being gobbled up, it is more for my family's peace of mind
