Battlefield 2 vs Counter Strike Source
Hi guys, I just wanted to know which one to get, because I am purchasing a new PC game. I just wanted to know which one is better as of replayablity. I have played BF2 on PS2 and I hated it. I play BF Vietnam constantly and heard the BF2 style of gameplay was simliar to that. I also have played CS:S. It comes with Day of Defeat, a WWII shooter. So thats a plus. So like I said, I just wanted to know which one is better and worth the money.

Battlefield 2 might be the most amazing action/FPS that I've ever played. It's got more teamwork and strategy, great graphics, and huge levels.BF2 on consoles are nothing like BF2 on the PC, I played XBOX and it was horrible. Don't think it'll be like the PS2 one.

I agree with Battlefield 2 being an amazing game... it really rocked on Xbox 360, and I thought it was just as good as the PC version.
Long story short, BF2 got my vote.

cool thanks guys, from what i've seen, i like both of them. i need to get me another headset now too. i am still letting everyone vote on this, and when the voting ends, i will base my purchase upon the results of the poll.

I have to say, i don't like the 1st person shooter games any more. Because of Socom, i think that game is the best......Again, 1st person shooter games IMO suck

Counter Strike Source because it's fun, fast-paced and has some nice maps. Battlefield 2 is fun but boring when you play a lot. I don't like much the selection of guns like Assault, Sniper and such.

Exactly!
Besides, CSS just purley owns BF2 in so many ways and requires way more teamwork then you would ever imagine you would need on BF2. Lot's of weapons that react different to certain styles of shooting and requires a LOT of skill/quickness to play CSS.
CSS got my vote hardcore.
