Depends, for anti-tank purposes the AT4, it has the same weight and does more damage. For tactical anti-infantry purposes(IE an actual launched grenade) the RPG since it already has the same explosion radius and both do more than enough to kill but you can hold more.
Well if I needa rocket I just take one, but if one team could have both I would take the RPG... it seems less accurate than the AT-4 at long range but i doesn't just drop and hit the ground (if you don't aim high enough on your target) as often as the AT-4... and you can take 2 of them
The RPG has a larger round, which means more damage.
Not to mention the rocket is pointy.
I vote RPG.

What's wrong with the tacos? Why do people compare this to other stuff? Why makes it special? I haven't eat tacos for 3 years. I might try to eat again. It's good though.

[S2] aka [s-2] aka [S3] is recruiting cool people for S:C, if you're interested, drop me a PM.
I like the RPG-7's better because they are more accurate and you get two per one set. They are weaker than the AT-4's but the AT'4s are also less accurate.
PS: To everyone that said the RPG is stronger than the AT-4, you are very wrong. The RPG is considerably weaker than the AT-4, you just like it more because you get two rounds. Why would SOCOM equip you with two rockets rounds that are stronger than ONE AT-4 round?
If you're referring to the RPG-7 which is way outdated the AT-4 is better because of it's more powerful ammunition.
EDIT: I like to take things out of context.
