I finally got my PS3 last night... I sent out friend requests to a majority of the Senior Members and Staff that have posted their PSN handles in this thread... my PSN handle isn't the same as my XBL handle, so I explained it in the requests that I sent out.
First game I'll be purchasing is R6V, since everyone that I work with wants to play that game online and have me show them the ropes (since I've played it a bunch on 360).
Cool. I'll have to blow the dust off of mine and fire it up and except your invite. If you sent me one I wasn't expecting to hear this news so soon.
It was sounding like your next purchase was going to be a Wii.
Like I said previously, I'll rent R6V and play to see the differences and weigh out the pros and cons. At least I'll know someone that'll be playing it as well.
Until R6V I'll be playing The Darkness on the 360.
Who the **** takes Razzor7? Who the hell wants the name "Razor" so damn bad they add a Z AND a number??? That's like wanting snip3relite567, and when it's taken, you change it to 420_snip3relite567.
No doubt... it took me 20-30 minutes just fo get my name registered... and I tried every spelling available for "Negative Creep"... so I went with my old school handle on Star Wars Battlefront, back when I played it on PS2.
Too bad "I Hate Sony" was taken... 'cause I tried getting that name, too.
Does anyone around here know if you can "edit" your online name? I want to give another attempt at being Negative Creep on the PlayStation Network... I am still depressed that the way I spelled it on Xbox Live didn't work when I first got my PS3 a week or so ago.
Damn, at least changing your name is free on PSN than Xbox Live :(.
You sacrifice deleting everything on your PS3's hard drive when you change your name... thankfully, I just got mine a week ago, and I didn't have much info saved on my HDD.
(Other than my R6V info, but even that wasn't a huge loss.)
