My sister and I really enjoyed Obscure, which came out in 2004. It's got a unique 2 player mode. Some of the things in the game make you think of Resident Evil.
I know Capcom are gradually shifting away from the RE style of old, so Obscure II may be one of the last survival horror games to use a fixed camera.
I started this game with my sister. I think it's a lot like RE Outbreak, and Silent Hill 2 as you gotta escape a school and then a hospital, or town... o_0
Good co-op fun mind. Just a bit too similar to the older releases like RE.
