why no new n64 games??

i know its like 4 years old which is really old. older than 360 ps3 gamecube etc etc etc etc but anyway why no new games for it. mine is cool i would love new games like why is there resident evil 2 on gamecube and n64 but not resident evil 4? i know its like 4 or 5 years old but people here still like it and if they just made re4 for it which would be free for capcom + $50 sale from each copy = huge profit. and e-mail me back your ansewr.

Uh...maybe becauase its so old. We had Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube. Now we have Xbox360, PS3 and Wii. It is at least two gaming generations old. There would be no profit...thats clear enough.

They don't make any new games for the N64 because:

1. It's obsolete
2. Not as many people own one anymore
3. Gaming technology has advanced so it would be expensive to "downgrade" in order to make the game
4. Supply and demand - no demand for new games, so no supply
5. You're retarded for even thinking this question

a.) The N64 is much older than four years old... the PS2 has been out longer than 4 years.

b.) There aren't new games for it because it's not cost effective to mass produce cartridge-based games anymore. It's much easier to mass produce games that are on a CD-based format.

c.) You'd be extremely lucky to be able to roll credits from a game like Resident Evil 4 on an N64, let alone play the friggin' game.
