Dino Crisis
I think the Dino Crisis games deserve to be revived. Dino Crisis is just such a great game. Not so much the third one, but the first two are among my favourite PlayStation games. Dino Stalker isn't too shabby either, but Dino Crisis 3 has rendered the chances of another sequel incredibly unlikely.
