For the SNES I remember there were three "paths" you could go, left (easy, right?), middle (normal, right?), and right (hard, this is fact). I beat it on left and middle, but on the right side I couldn't get past the asteroid belt with all the angry faces on them. I think I made it through one time, but got wasted on the next level. After awhile I just gave up on beating it on the right side.
The left path was the one with the sun planet, correct? I know I definitly beat the game on the middle path, and the left path (if it was the one with the sun path) multiple times. The right path (or the the path without the sun planet, excluding the middle) I only beat I believe one or two times, since I don't recall visiting those planets very often.

I would rent the one for SNES everytime I went to the videostore, I loved that game with a passion. Other than Mario World, I think its the best game on the SNES. I have yet to play any of the newer versions of it.
starfox64 is in my top 5 games list, behind solar eclipse ( sega satrun) the socoms and a few others.

no need to go out and buy it... thats what the emulators are for lol.. if you have a computer controller youll be all set and playin starfox 64 with a click of a button
I still play star fox and goldeneye to this day. Those 2 never get boring. There is nothing like a good multiplayer game of star fox, so much fun. People need to bring their N64's back out and wipe the dust off. What about Turok, that was a sweet one as well.
