The first handheld you had?
What was the first handheld system you ever owned. I can remember the one I had was the Atari Lynx, It was like the first color handheld made. Eat that Gameboy! What was yours?

My first handheld was the regular gameboy that was like 2 or 3 inches thick, and 7 or 8 inches long (The "fat" gameboy as I used to call it). The screen was black and white, and my first game for it was Kirby I believe. I later received a gameboy color as a present on Christmas I beleive, and the generation of color games started for me. I have not played either in ages though.
I think I still have both of them now, but I woud have to look around for them. I haven't owned another handheld system since Gameboy color, and really don't plan on buying another one, unless it is out of this world or something.

Mine was the Atari also, HOORAY! I hated the huge gameboy, and I still do (DS/PSP FTW!) I think I still have my atari somewhere around my trashy room.

This sumbitch right here, I was never really into handhelds. I remember throwing it out of the car window in New Mexico because I ran out of batteries...

The original GameBoy was my first handheld... you know... the one that was about as heavy as a brick? And it had a black & white screen? The best game that it had at the time was Tetris?
