My favorite SNES game would have to be "The Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past." This game really got me started in the whole Zelda series and I frimly believe it ranks up there as one of the best SNES games made. For N64 I loved Goldeneye as many others did I loved the Mario games more than anything. Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, Mario 64, Mario Kart, Mario Party (1-3)....I could go on forever. Just being a kid playing all these great titles was fantastic. I really don't have a good recollection of the older consoles seeing as my family didn't have the money at the time to really get many games or systems. As a kid, I would always love to get a new game when I could, but it was fairly limited and I chalk up alot of game experiences to my friends letting me borrow game and things of that nature.

My favorite original Nintendo game was Super Mario Bros 3 (I believe the game had Mario on the front on top of a yellow background). I played that game so much, and it would never get boring or repetitive. The game did not have any save points, so as soon as you shut the Nintendo off, or ran out of lives, you had to start over.

I also recall playing a game called Snake, Rattle, and Roll for the original Nintendo. I only had the game for a brief time since I lent it to a friend, but it was a pretty entertaining game. You could even play with two players. The game was actually challenging at times, and I wish I had the chance to play it again.

The Nintendo 64 system had some of the best games of all time. GoldenEye is an all time favorite of mine, and with friends it was a blast to play. Mario 64 was an awesome game, as I beat that multiple times. I also loved StarFox 64. StarFox was such a great game, and is still easily one of the best games ever created. Super Smash Bros is another one of my favorites. Once again when friends were over, it was a great game to play. The single player portion of the game was also very fun, and allowed you to unlock characters and maps.

I also forgot to mention all of the original MegaMan Games. Every single one of them was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed playing though them. I really don't care for the newer MegaMan games though. For some reason the updated graphics turned me off.

All the old megaman games rock. Then the megaman X series came out and that was awsome, but only up to x3, mabie x4

Then it just got rediculous and I think they are running out of boss names. :p

The 3d graphics on the way newer megaman X games are hella gay. That was just a total turn off.

Smash Brothers (N64)
GoldenEye (N64)
Final Fantasy 7 (PS)
Metal Gear Solid (PS)
Legend of Legaia (PS)
Einhander (PS) *Note- This game is one of the best third person shooters I've ever played, if you find this game for less than $30 in a nice condition, you can buy it and probably sell it for $60+ on eBay.

I definitly left out one of the all time best series. The original Sonic Series. Even though the game play was pretty much linear, and you raced around the whole time, the Sonic series is still one of the most entertaining games in my opinion. So good that I purchased the Sonic Anniversary collection when it was released for the Ps2. Excellent buy for any big Sonic fans.
