whole game? or just a certain lvl? im on da 4th lvl

You have to beat the whole game on commander. To be exact I think you get it after you get past the algerian part of the campaign

Yup, Commander level after the Algerian Part.

Once you get the SAS Reaver, you'll see why everyone is using. He is so 1337 with his ninja suit. God I love him.
