every gun silenced

It is a glitch. It is called the AGG glitch and what it does is someone gets unlimited rockets and can fire it like an automatic weapon. The massive amount of rockets creats extreme lag and is what causes everyones gun to go silenced and have no effect. The only way to get around it is to leave an come back in the room.

The glitch also boots anyone that gets hit by a rocket back to the start menu.
