Socom 3 online vs. socom 2 online

I've never played S2, but from what I've heard S3 is better, more features and yeah, bad maps but thats why they're coming out with map packs

if ur nor verfified and your parents wont let you do it, have them read the user agreement at the beginning. It says specificaly that no money will be charged at all. So yeah. But back to the topic, I personally think s3 is a lot better. I dont have a problem with the maps, i dont see what people dont like about them. But also, they are bringing in map packs witch should add a lot of fun to the game, 6 bucks is nothing, you could ask a random person for 6 bucks and within 5 trys get it.(well maybe not idk).

i think the grafiz for s3 are not as smooth as the grafix for s2,idk it might be just me

socom2 is better than 3,
3 is better than 1

The only thing I miss about S2 is FOXHUNT! S3 owns and it will be better when foxhunt comes in a future map pack

They are 2 very different games. Socom 2 is more screaming heart thumping rambo action, Socom 3 is more tactical, stealthy, and requires teamwork. Personally, I prefer Socom 3, but I occasionally go back to Socom 2 just for some maps. That is one thing nobody can deny. Socom 2 generally has way better maps. Don't forget however that Socom 3 is soon getting a bunch of the classic maps worked in, so I cannot wait for that. Also, socom 3 has way more nifty features. It's close, but S3>S2.
Not sure if this will help, but if you're used to CS, play socom 2. If you're used to BF2 or America's Army, play Socom 3.
