Keyboard commands and coloured text

Hi, I know the /w command but are there any others? Im looking for one where you can message the whole team...

also I have found that you can type in coloured writing and display symbols when you are in the lobby by doing for example #C1 message. I can type them and they come up in blue, red or whatever and i can make the buttons appear, but when i ask people if they can see them they say that all they can see is a # people have also tried doing it themselves and i also only see the #. If this is the case then what is the point of it, if only you can see the coloured message?

Am i doing something wrong?
