Ok, I will. In S2 the maps have much more character. All the S3 maps are pretty bland and boring.
You have to overcome certain weapons in S2 unlike in S3. If you get killed by something you don't like in S3, you can remake your gun to piss the other team off. In S2, you have to select a whole new weapon and hope for kills. Also, you have more guns in S2 that you can put people to shame with by killing them with. (9mm pistol, HK5K and M40A1)
Like razor said above me, STATS ACTUALLY COUNT IN S2.You do good, your rank goes up. You do bad, it goes down. In S3, no matter how you play, your rank stays the exact same.
Those are some reasons why S2 is better than S3.

Nicely put. That sums everything up right there. Socom 2's fun > Socom 3's fun. Anyone else remember playing pistols only in s2 and getting MVP with a M9 or M11?? Now thats awesome.
