Some of your complaints were about how hard Socom 2 is. Gun recoil is fine, and sniping on Socom 3 reqiures no talent at all. There is still glitching and stuff but oh well. Everyone likes there own thing.

S2 > S3. Need I say more?



Ok, I will. In S2 the maps have much more character. All the S3 maps are pretty bland and boring.

You have to overcome certain weapons in S2 unlike in S3. If you get killed by something you don't like in S3, you can remake your gun to piss the other team off. In S2, you have to select a whole new weapon and hope for kills. Also, you have more guns in S2 that you can put people to shame with by killing them with. (9mm pistol, HK5K and M40A1)

Like razor said above me, STATS ACTUALLY COUNT IN S2.You do good, your rank goes up. You do bad, it goes down. In S3, no matter how you play, your rank stays the exact same.

Those are some reasons why S2 is better than S3.

Lol, that's not very much detail.

I like Socom II because the guns are more "real". Like SOCOM 3, the F90 is becoming a "noob" gun. It's more laggy too with 32 players. It's also boring to walk on a map like Killing Fields (it's like 5 mins to go get a car). Also, the 552 in SOCOM 3 can kill someone easily than SOCOM II, which is boring. The sounds aren't real in SOCOM 3. You don't have to wait in a big game in 32 players. 24-64 players should be only RESPAWN.

You can't possibly say it takes no skill to be a sniper. Ever try Quick sniping? Those are hard to do consistently.

But if you're talking about the people who just stay prone the entire match with an SR-25 SD and wait for someone to come by and take up the whole clip trying to kill them... than yeah, i see your point.

But look at other games

In Halo...Absolutely no recoil and u can run in scope with the thing.

Battlefield...I recently recieved a PS magazine with a demo inside of battlefield 2. It's a sweet game, but sniping is so easy in that. Not as easy as Halo, though.
