I don't play this anymore because I play Socom 3, but I'm wondering if they ever did reset the ranks in Socom 2? If they did, then it gives hope for Socom 3's ranks to be reset. Thanks...
they reslead a patch for s2 a LONG time ago that reset everything

No I dont think so. I was on a couple of weeks ago and everything is like always. i really dont thin that the yare going to reset the ranks and if they do it might not be for a year or something.

No, they didnt reset the ranks, and most likely wont. Because of the rank up craze that occured when everyone went to s3 you have to be at about 24k or below to have your wings now. So most likely if you dont play s2 anymore your wings were clipped.
