why cant i verify my acct?

i have tried about 15 times to verify my acct i am over 30 years old and this system will not take any of my credit cards and they are all valid, but the worst part is it comes up with an error message 60 and does not specify what it means so maybe you can tell me what i have to do to get on or what error 60 means... commando..
