Is it worth getting the headset?

I felt the same way at one time, but getting the headset with this game creates a whole other game itself. The headset adds more fun to the game not to mention being able to call out the other team, mines etc.

Whats EU? I mean is it something else outside North America, like is it the Europe one?

get a headphone/mic switch from radio shack, cut your headset cord up by the headset itself ( use a bad set if possible ) open the headphone switch and unsolder the wires. Now the red and silver wires in the ps2 headset are the speakers ( red + ) ( silver - ), the mic wires are
( white+ ) and ( bare - ) solder them into the corrisponding spots on the headphone mic switch and put it all back together. Now get a boom mic
(labtek) and anyu POWERED computer speakers, plug them in to the mic and speaker jacks and you are off and running. no headset to wear and you can hear VERY CLEARLY your teamates talk to you and the boom mic doesnt have to be any closer than two feet from your mouth!!! pic of mine upon request if interested![/img]

Yup, Western Europe, (UK, Germany, France etc)

yea get a headset its worth wonders. its a lot of fun to talk to people while playing the game. i got the new logitech one.
