I'm actually having that problem right now too. Except for the clan thing. I called in and sony said they were having server issues.

Hey man you got hope. Two of my clan members are having the same problem, so they made new names and it worked. One of the two called Sony or zipper not sure, but they told him that the servers are having problem for some reason and that it should be back to normal eventually.

It wasnt a Modem problem. It was just socom. Its happened to me before..so i just play on intl server
