I have had two awful experiences of being voted out of rooms.
The first could possibly be the dumbest reason to vote someone. Anyway, I joined Ruins as terrorists, and a kid (11 years of age, if that) had the name scubasteve24431 (random numbers). The next round starts, and he sees my name in the team list while we loaded for next round. He says "Vote scuba steve out, he copied my name." I'm sitting there thinking, "WTF?" I get one vote, two votes, and that's when I start my TK spree. Having an M14, Grenades, and an RPG can really **** some people up. Six, to be exact.
The second appearance was in DG as a terrorist. I was in the lobby before the game started, and had no problems. The game starts, and I spawn near the garage. I hid in the garage, and a terrorist shoots the gas tank on the truck, making a teammate commit suicide. He claims I shot the tank, and they proceed to vote me out. Luckily, I held the mic whilst being voted out.
