Calling Sony/Zipper does work (isent there a sticky on this?) take the number provided on the booklet and use it if you must, however gliching WILL NEVER STOP deal with it

I don't think that it will do anything by calling them. There are so many question that the operator must ask to see if you have a serious issue or if you got owned and are mad. S2 can do nothing about glitching. This game has been up for a while and no one has ever been booted because of glitching. If you know of someone who has show some proof so others can see. Word of mouth is not proof enough. It is one of those things that we will have to deal with until they have moderators. Hopefully in S3 that will happen but I wouldn't put any money on it.
Other online games have people who watch and control the servers. True, you have to pay to play those games but the experience is so worth it. I have personally seen people get permanantly banned from those games for glitching and general bad behavior. I would absolutely love to see the same thing happen with Socom 3. I'm putting my hand up now to agree to pay to play Socom 3 if they'll just please do something about these problems.
