Is there a difference between the M8's?

I was playinga sniping only game with m8's.....and they seem exactly the same except for the m87 reloads inbetween shots and it seems more people use that gun.

Is one better than the other?

They are both 50 cal and they shoot at the same speed. so......no.

So then why do most people like the M87??? Is it more accurate and steady?

I dont know. I like the m87elr better but i dont know why. Prolly just because it looks better, and sound cooler. lol

The M82 reloads a slight bit faster and is a bit more accurate.

You can have your sniper shoot faster by jiggling the left analog stick, why? I dont know, But it is as if you didnt have to reload at all, lol.

So when your scoped in shoot, wiggle your crosshairs around and you can shoot again? What makes me made is when your being shot at and it doesnt let you shoot..

The M87 in fact reloads faster and is steadier then the M82, but the M82 is a tad more powerful then the M87

Really? How is the M82 more powerful if they are both one shot kills??

The M82/M87 are one-shot kill if hit in the chest or higher . The M82 will do more damage if you hit your target in the leg. So remember when you nail a guy in the leg dont get all pissy and say i hit'em...cuz you did, just not the important parts
