Ok, last month I was playing fine. But now I have tons of problems, lagging then no lagging back to lagging, and disconnecting. It's really pissing me off.

When i try and connect it gets as far as the DNAS screen and then it gives me this error: "There was a timeout while trying to connect to the network. Please check your network connections" I get the same error when i try and connect to Socom 2. In the message boards on S3 alot of other ppl are having the same issue. Well my network must be working cause im on this website posting about this. I have tried deleting the new patch and still nothing. I have tried a different network cable, and still nothing. I have removed and re-inserted the network adaptor, and still nothing, Have tried resetting my modem and uninstalling and re-installing the network connections on my PS2, and still nothing. There is nothing but problems with this game. If anyone has a fix for this issue please let me know.

Mine does that sometimes too. Make sure it's pligged in all the way. If it is, then just keep trying. Sometimes it says that a couple of times, then it'll work after I didn't do anything.

Hmm. I was just playing Socom 2 about 2 hours ago. Now I was also talking on my home phone which I usually don't do while playing. I got disconnected. Then I tried to connect again and it worked!!!....then I got disconnected again. I hung up the phone thinking that was the problem and I got 'naded with a "DNAS Error (-626).

I then power cycled my modem and switched up all the ethernet cords (Maybe I have a bad cable?) but it STILL didn't work!! I'm going to get a new cord but it's wierd that I can go on the computer with this cord and not go on my PS2. Anyways...help please!!! :(

Exclamation DNAS Error (-612)
i used to play socom2 all the time b4 i got socom3....i didnt change my set up at all, but when i try to get online i keep getting a DNAS error 612......
when i test my connect it connects no problem, i try the lan and that connects no problem.....socom1 or 2 wont coonect anymore, but socom3 does no problem
all my other games connect no prob, anyone know a fix???? ever time i ask a mod they dont even get back to me???? WHATS UP<<<

I keep geting L3 or L2 G3 disconnection error. I have not been able to play for a couple of days. I have reset my PS2, Modem, and Router numerous times. Any Ideas??!?!?
