I just recently got pissed off and kinda borke my mic, but not all the way.
To all those people with a Logitech Headset and can only hear no talk- Take off your earphone part, yes, it comes off. Move around the wires- play with them. Snap back in. If it doesn't work, repeat till it does. Heh, worked for me :)
I use a router and when two of us are online at once, occasionally one of us will lose hearing. We are able to regain the hearing, oh... 60% of the time, by backing out of the room and coming back in.
Ok I got a Linksy router, and it does have mic problems for my xbox too when I go on Xbox Live, I have mic problems, ok here is my question. Can I just simply plug in my High Speed Interent Modem to the PS2, then I will have full banwith and I will have no problems?
ok i can hear people talking but when i press the circle button it comes up like normal (little guy in bottom corner) except every one thinks my mute is on. My mute is not on!! its the little blue light not red. I hear ppl saying that it was staticy and some just say there is no sound. Oh and I dont was to "take apart my head set and play with the wires" like some one said above. ( I have the logitech headset like on the top of the screen)

Does this happen every game? In every room? In every Server? Sometimes it is just the game your in that this happens. If it happens in other rooms as well, just reboot and log back on. I am not sure when it happens to you though.

I have been through three of those logitech mics, i went to the store the other day and asked the guy what was wrong (like he could answer) anyway he said that people are bringin them back sayin that the ear peice is going out. Well thats what the problems been for me. I have noticed that sony is not good at makin mic/headsets. o well its a good idea to buy the warrente that the store may include. It should run around 5$ it came in handy last time the thing broke. (note: not all stores offer this, but if they do it is highly recommended, ecpessaily for the Logitech 1)
