Heavenly Sword demo
The demo will be hitting stores today. This demo has been confirmed, although there have been talk of other possible demos.

So, look at for Lair and Ratchet and Clank, but, don't get your hopes up for them.

Also, right now you can download Resident Evil 5 trailer from the Japanese store, and it also includes a look at gameplay. You can now also get MGS4 Demonstration on the Japanese store.

If you don't have a jpn account, check this link out for RE5
