SO is it better to use the first person view in a firefight dance or the third??
I find I enjoy the first person better in shootouts, makes my aim alllot better, kinda ala Halo!!!
I use the other view when I am looking around cormers and what not. But I find that first person limits your visibilityI wish the game was strictly first person. Our aim would be alot more accurate

Honestly, I use third person most of the time for the wider field of view and only switch to first when going after long range targets. Yet in SWBF 1 & 2 I use first person exclusively, don't ask me why, maybe it's a game mechanics thing or something.

Do you zig zag left/right, or do a circle around your opponent?

When doing the circle, I never reverse direction, it just makes your opponents crosshairs easier to put on you.
I like to use football moves. Juke left, juke right also.

Also I have been experimenting with a ghost recon move, the ole hit the deck, quickly get up move.
While moving forward, press and hold the crouch/prone button and quickly press it again. This will make your guy START to duck but remain running effectively making you a harder target to hit.Works good on snipers.I havent yet perfected it cuz it seems you can only do it like once per 5 seconds it seems. But I think its only a matter of presssing the duck button hard twice. What other moves do you guys do to avoid gunfire when you dont know where its coming from or know where but cant shoot back instantly?

Everyone prone dived back in socom II, but it doesn't work in the later ones because they changed it so you can't. Personally loved it, but it wouldn't be as effective in S3/CA anyway since the guns spray more.

true. But it does work just once every minute or so. It'll make him lean slightly forward then upright again really quick. But you only can use it once per fight!!

I'll check my surroundings before a fight and then get in their face and run the opposite direction then switch to leave them confused. As I run out of ammo I look for a place to reload then pop out and continue(if it lasts that long).
