You Know how then you click on it it sometime says
"Please wait while the list is being populated"?
Well mine doesn't go past that, I am only asking because I need to access it to clear up some memory and get rid of programs I haven't used for a year

It's probably just your system if it's a slow computer.
My old computer had 512mb RAM with a crappy processor. It took about 5 minutes to load the entire list which is totally retarded.
Safe mode may not work, but give it a try.
One thing I have always hated about Add/Remove is you can only remove 1 thing at one time, makes the process of taking off all the trial sotware and such much slower. (Buy a MAC if you don't want to have to do that apparantly)
PS: Vista populates the list as it loads so the list doesn't just "freeze", it just keeps listing everything until it all loads, it's pretty sweet.
