The person deserves a ban, and who knows, maybe they've been reported before (same behavior) and might end up getting investigated by the cops.

Well said my friend, well said. Might as well report, no harm can come of it. I don't personally see a reason not to. More then likely, nothing well happen, other then maybe a ban. But that fact is, you didn't sit around and do nothing. YOu at least tried to so something, and who knows, maybe something will happen. Even if he's just lying out of his teeth, which is probably the case, he still deserves to be tortured, via the chinesse way at the very least for even saying **** like that
