too bad they couldnt integrate PunkBuster in it somehow. Whats the point of creating a profile using a credit card number if there is no risk losing your playing privileges?

I have heard of people who have gotten their rank stripped and banned for a month for ranking up and cheating, but it's is very rare from what I have heard.

Amen, I am sick and tired of Zippers ignorance on matters such as their POS servers, code magic, Code 9, and all of that other crap. They continue to do nothing, and continue to show there ignorance is at an all time high. Which is probably why they aren't producing the next Socom. And like Easton said, there are a lot more important things to fix then quick sniping.

This all reminds me of the "debate" pertaining to the "Electric Slide" from SOCOM 1. The Pro-sliders said because it was in the game, why shouldn't it be used, the Con-Sliders said it was a glitch and shouldn't be used. Zipper ended the debate with SOCOM 1.1 (aka Greatest Hits) when it was removed, thus making it an official glitch. So if they are making a patch for QSing, doesn't that tell all the Pro-QSers that maybe its something that shouldn't be done? Sure, its fun. All the cheaters from SOCOM 1 said the same thing about CBing and GSing online. They did it because it was fun for them.
I am of the mind that QSing is a glitch, because there is no real way to reconcile it to the spirit of sniping. If I am going to run around with a gun, it is going to be a MG, or an assault rifle, or a SMG. I am simply not going to R&G with a sniper rifle, its stupid. If you wanna do it, great, knock yourself out. But don't expect us to believe that you are an elite gamer for doing it, it sounds more like the stuff that the pre-teen gamers do to me. In retrospect, I am rather annoyed that many of my former clan-mates did it. What's done is done. Best thing anyone can do is just make a room with no sniper rifles, and then you don't have to worry about it.

QSers do think they are good at the game and they usually are teenagers! I remember that S1 junk in the days...wasn't as bad as this game though.

Idk why, but it does make me feel like an "elite gamer" when I'm the one running around, I'm the one with the disadvantage, and I still jump around and snipe one guy (probably camping), then pull out my pistol and kill another and about 3 seconds later index someone that thinks he'll just rush at me before i can jump and get him. Pre-teen? I know some QSers that are in their mid 20's (I'm 19)
