yes i know ive been playing socom since it first came out part 1 that is now were at combined assault i stooped playing sc after 3 came out for a while , and now i want to come back ,anyway my question is with combined assault is it basiclly a upgraded version of s3 and can i still play it online as if i was on s3 with the 32 players and all , I've been confused about this for a while ,can someone please explain it to me
yes, you can, combined assault, is in my mind is just for the co-op, yea you get a few maps and all, but 2 answer ur question you can still play 32 players, you can still use the same guns, you can still play S3 maps, you can still have clans, friends lists, alot less glitching, and ect
Yes CA is basically like a upgraded S3. Basically we could have downloaded a patch and got the same thing. The CA and S3 servers are the same, so you can have CA and still play online in the same server as people with S3. What you get with CA is basically all the new maps online plus the ability still play all the S3 maps, the single player obviously, and the ability to play COOP online. You also have some upgrades as far as Green diamonds around players on your team so theres no more accidentle team killing and things like that.
those green diamonds, are annoying, and yea, you could have pretty much just downloaded a new patch and you would have goten the exact same result, but no, zipper cant do that can they? no, they want money money money money! :(
