Pulling the cord refers to making yourself lag horribly by interupting your internet connection. IN turn, pulling a particular cord out of the PS2 causing your internet connection to delay for a second causes the person to lag horrible. If you haven;t figured out the cord I am referring too, please buy a brain. haha

Come on now, UNKNOWNSUBJECT. That is no way to talk to a new forum member.
Okay, listen, iron_maiden666.
This site does not condone cheating in any way, and even asking innocent questions like yours is frowned upon.
I will, however, answer your question.
If you flip your ps2 over (both the fat and skinny ones, the cord is in the same place), remove the screws holding the cover in place, find and remove the fasteners holding the DVD drive in place (be careful, there are some ribbon cables you have to unhook, these are delicate), under the DVD drive, you will see a number of short cords, remove a blue one (all the blue ones go to the same place, so you can just pull any one you want). Now that you have done this, you are a "cord puller" and will have a major advantage over the other players.
Please be aware, this is frowned upon, and you should not do it.
Rod.

Isn't it just when you take out your ethernet cable from the back of your PS2?

yea...they could mean the dude pulls his cord at the end of the game to avoid losing points for a loss....since its retarded that you lose more points for a loss than a disconnect, for those of you who really care about your rank.

When most people say someone is pulling their cord, they are actually referring to a lag switch. A lag switch is a simple device that is constructed to allow you to switch your connection on and off without getting booted, resulting in a few seconds of lag. Dickmaster, not a name, a lifestyle.

Let's try to seperate glitchers from people who use codes and modifictions. Glitchers aren't too bad, it's the modified discs and majic that ruins everything.

There should be no separation... all of these jerkstains completely ruin the game when they use cheap, lowhanded tactics like that to gain the upper hand.
It's wrong, and should be punishable by crushing!
