SkyTonight.com - Press Center - March 3rd's Lunar Eclipse Favors East Coast, Europe
Well there is going to be a lunar eclipse tonight, although if you are on the west coast, you really won't be able to see too much. But for those of you that are on the East coast, we will most likely see most of the phases that take place during the lunar eclipse this evening.
Click on the link and scroll down to about half way in the article. There will be a chart that will tell you when the phases of the lunar eclipse will start and end in the different time zones.
For those in the eastern time zone, the total eclipse will begin around 5:44 p.m. and will end around 6:58 p.m.
I thought this would be pretty interesting for people to see, especially if you have never seen one before.
