I guess I'll start things off right with MY top 10 draft predictions.

1. Oakland Raiders - Jamarcus Russell - QB LSU
The Raiders offense could easily be called one of the worst in recent years. And to make a good offense, you need a good core to build around, and this year I believe this core will be Jamarcus Russell. Easily one of the best quarterbacks in the draft, at 6-6 260lbs, Russell could be the key to giving the Raiders the foundation they need.

2. Detroit Lions - Joe Thomas - OT Wisconsin
I believe there is no need to bring in a QB with Kitna under center, but there is a need to re-work the O-line, something that the Lions have had trouble with for years.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Calvin Johnson - WR GT
Easily the best WR in this years draft, Johnson could be just what the Bucs need for young QB Chris Simms. With his all-star speed, out standing play making ability, and his superb route running, I think that Johnson will be a big part of the Bucs offense, and potential ROTY.

4. Cleveland Browns - Brady Quinn - QB Notre Dame
Simply put, Charlie Frye isn't cutting it. So what better way to give an offense a boost than to bring in a young, outstanding talent as Quinn.

5. Arizona Cardinals - Reggie Nelson - FS Fl
With offensive weapons in Matt Leinart, Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Bolden, and "Edge" James, the Cards have the potential to be a playoff contender. But they are missing one important thing, a solid defense. Bringing in Reggie Nelson could be a start to building this defense. With great speed, big hitting ability, and good deep-ball coverage, I think the Cards are more than willing to take Reggie nelson.

6. Washington Redskins - Gaines Adams - DE Clemson
With Phillip Daniels aging, it's time to bring in some young talent, you will find talent in Adams. With a great pass-rushing ability, I think that Adams will fit right in the the 'Skins hard hitting defense.

7. Minnesota Vikings - Ted Ginn JR. - WR THE Ohio State University
With all-star speed, superb route running, a great ability to spread the field, deep-ball threat, kick/punt returning second to none, Ted Ginn could be a HUGE part of the Vikings offense/special teams, and another potential ROTY.

8. Houston Texans - Adrian peterson - RB Oklahoma
Lacking in the RB section, Peterson has the ability to be what the Texans need. Great speed, great power, a high ability to break tackles and get into the secondary, I think the Texans will go with Peterson.

9. Miami Dolphins - Leon Hall - CB Michigan
With a potentially good offense, I think it's time to work on the defense and bring in an outstanding, shut-down corner like Leon Hall.

10. Atlanta Falcons - LaRon Landry - S LSU
With one of the best shut-down corners in the league in D'angelo Hall, it's time to add to that with LaRon Landry. I think Landry and Lawyer Milloy side-by-side will be a tadum of S's to be reckoned with.

Here is my mock first 15 and the rest of the Bills picks

1 Oakland - WR Calvin Johnson (Georgia Tech) - I am anticipating a trade of either Randy Moss or Joey Porter. Also Johnson looks to be the best bet of being an instant success; I guess this could make the Raiders not take him but this is where I stand.

2 Detroit – QB Brady Quinn (Notre Dame) – He will sit behind Kitna for about half of the season as he learns the system.

3 Cleveland – DE Gaines Adams (Clemson) -Building a good D.

4 Tampa Bay – OT Joe Thomas (Wisconsin) –Tampa is very pleased that Thomas slides to them and they have that tackle that they have been searching for a long time.

5 Arizona – DT Alan Branch (Michigan) – Cardinals need an anchor on the D

6 Washington – DE Jamaal Anderson (Arkansas) – Redskins are happy to land this impact player.

7 Minnesota - RB Adrian Peterson (Oklahoma) AP and Taylor make a good punch.

8 Houston – DT Amobi Okoye (Louisville) Another surprise by the Texans as they bolster the D Line.

9 Miami- LB Lawrence Timmons (Florida State) Dolphins need another stud on D as Thomas and Taylor are not getting younger.

10 Atlanta – WR Dwayne Jarrett (USC) A deep threat for Michael Vick.

11 San Francisco – WR Ted Ginn (Ohio State) – This maybe the piece that makes San Francisco’s Offense Click for years to come.

12 Buffalo – MLB Patrick Willis (Ole Miss) – After letting Fletcher go to FA the Bills find quite the Upgrade in the Draft. I still think we could obviously go in a lot of directions and it all depends on FA as it does for a lot of these teams.

13 St. Louis – CB Leon Hall (Michigan) – A good cover corner will make it hard to go deep on the Rams.

14 Carolina – WR Dwayne Bowe (LSU)- Delhomme needs help.

15 Pittsburgh – DE Adam Carriker (Oklahoma) – A Steeler if I ever saw one. Hard Noised and a good pass rusher. If Aaron Smith moves in this kid can fill his shoes.

Rest of Bills Draft
2nd round – WR Sidney Rice (South Carolina) – another SC players takes a slide and Marv cannot resist. Rice could be that real number 2 wide out we need.

3rd Round- OG Manny Ramirez (Texas Tech) – Who knows if we will keep Gandy and even if we do guard still needs to be upgraded. Could go Tackle here also it depends on what we do in FA as I expect to bring at least one O line starter.

4th Round- DE Dan Bazuin (Central Michigan) – a Strong Engine, pretty good burst off the line. I expect the Bills to address DT in FA.

6th Round- CB John Talley (Duke)- Needs to add a little weight but a pretty good guy in coverage. He could go sooner but I see him sliding Kenny Scott from GT could be an option. Even if we keep Nate or bring in a FA to replace him it be a good idea to get some CB depth.

7th Round- TE/WR Matt Trannon (Michigan State) – A Basket ball player as most know but if he decides to go with football he could end up being a steal here. He is a project but has shown that he has good hands.

I would just like to make a correction;

Jerry Porter**

JOEY porter is a Steelers LB.

Carolina doesn't need any more WR. Panthers has the best WR's in the NFL. Mark my words, Carolina will draft a OL or a Defensive back in the first round.

I don't know...

With Detroit's draft reputation, I don't doubt them taking Calvin Johnson if he's available.

The Raiders are going to take Jamarcus Russel. Simply because they now feel like idiots for not taking Matt Leinart and they've needed a Quarterback ever since Derrick Brooks ended Rich Gannon's career. Ka Pow ! Double Nickel !

As far as the Buccaneers go....Well take Calvin Johnson and get O-Line further down the draft.

That's what I was thinking, that's why I gave the Bucs Johnson(you like that, eh? ).
