The Redskins pulled off the win in OT over the Jets. I thought it was going to be a long day when Leon Washington broke the opening kick for a touchdown. The Redskins proceded to not play very well most of the game in a game we were projected to crush the Jets.

I had a feeling something like this would come up. Honestly, anybody that thinks Chad had this coming or anything like that is truly classless and a waste of a human life. I just don't see how anybody has any kind of injury coming to them, especially a head/neck injury.

I don't understand why everyone is all over Chad. Sure, the Bengals are having a bad year, but to quote a Bengals reporter, "Is it Chad's fault the defense is giving up over 30 points a game?" Some people say he isn't putting up the numbers he should be. Again, BS. He went into Sunday's game second in the NFL is receiving yards behind Randy Moss. I believe people only say he's having a bad year because he hasn't gotten as many TDs as expected and because the Bengals are having a bad season.

The stupidity of some people is amazing. There are 22 guys that have to play hard and do what they get paid to do. A 2-6 season can't be blamed on one receiver just because he's been the face of the organization for the last couple years.

And for the curious, Chad flew back to Cincinnati with the team, but was wearing a neck brace.

I understand the seriousness of the situation. No I don't think Chad had it coming, he didn't, and the sandwich he got wasn't a malicious one obviously. He is my favotire receiver in the league. Had I not known Chad's current health status I wound'nt have made that comment...Once Chad's 100% percent again he'll be joking about it.

Chad will be fine, he stayed the night in a buffalo hospital as a precaution. But he will be fine.

Chad was getting nailed all game, he should have sat after his face was planted in the ground. He clearly was not himself after that hit. And Chad did drop a couple big passes, that may have swayed the game.

Once Henry comes back, your offense will be explosive again, but until you get a defense that can do anything, the Bengals will not get far.

Henry started to practice with the team a couple weeks ago, but his suspension is now officially over. He's back this week against Baltimore.

Our starters on defense are good enough to take some of the pressure off the offense. The only problem is the starters are hurt and Odell Thurman is still suspended.

My prediction for Bengals/Ravens is an even higher scoring game than the Monday night opener. Bengals have Henry back and that will open the offense up, especially if they get the run going. Ravens will be beat up after their game tonight against the Steelers. Cincy's defense will be Cincy's defense and allow 30+ again. I may turn this game on to see what Henry can do in his first game since Preseason.

*EDIT*
You can probably forget about explosion this week on offense. Chad is listed as questionable.

I hope that the Steelers light Baltimore up. I'm 16 Points down in my FFL and I only have Rothelisburger and Willie Parker left to play.

Well after this game you're gonna be number one. I'm thinking Willie is going to have an outstanding night after watching the rushing leader last night.

Hopefully you're right E .
Baltimore has a habit and a history of keeping Willie Parker at bay.
