Lovie Smith better not just be playing the spoils system by promoting this guy he worked with at Tulsa. I liked Rivera, but I won't care in the long run if Babich turns out alright.

The Detroit Lions have put the Franchise Tag on DL Cory Redding, and Redding is upset about it.

Yeah the Bears just did that to someone too with the same sort of effects. It does raise most peoples salaries by a hell of a lot, but it locks him up there for a while.

Only for a year, It's kinda stupid too me mad about it if your a player thats "All about the money" though, There getting paid in the top 10% of there position, it's not like he would have gotten anymore anywhere else.
