Someone please call the Giants defense, because they haven't shown up for the past two games....what an embarrassment for the Giants yet again this week.

LMAO... but if it makes you feel any better, there didn't seem to be much defense going on in the Cleveland/Cincy game either.

I'm happy the Niners squeaked out another victory in St. Louis... I'll take seeing two wins against teams in their own division - no matter how ugly they may look! Now I just need to see if I can get Frank Gore away from someone in my fantasy league... hehe.

I didn't even know that the Browns were capable of putting up half a hundred. I'd almost say that they scored more points today than they did all season last year.

The Browns put up 48 against the Bengals last year but still lost 58-48. I imagine my Bengals are ready for the Browns to make the 4 hour trip down to Cincinnati for some redemption.

Commish is looking at some more penalties for the Patriots. The Pats were forced to turn in everything they had that was related to the spying incident.

NFL will check on taping, radios - NFL - Yahoo! Sports

Quote:
In his first public comments about the incident, Goodell said before Sunday night's Chargers-Patriots game on NBC that he reserved the right to expand the punishment if he were to learn additional or different information. He said he believed New England owner Robert Kraft, who said he was not aware of the spying.

Goodell said he trusted that the Patriots would turn over all the information to the league that was requested.

"I'm very confident the Patriots are going to abide by the rules," he said. "They understand that the consequences could increase."

*EDIT*
Sorry for the double post. Didn't realize the previous post was me >.<

Did anyone see the interview with the Patriots owner last night? I love how he never directly answered any question that related to the whole spy scandal, not that I was expecting him to. Some of his answers though were a load of BS if you ask me.

Not that I'm condoning what the Patriots did, but ever since this has happened there have been many sources that keep on commenting on how every team in the NFL "spies" on the other team. Apparently the Patriots were the unlucky ones for being the first team that got caught.

Being an avid Pats fan, I have to diagree with you in saying that Bellichick's days are "numbered". This man will remaind the coach of this football team until he is ready to retire. I understand this is a huge cheating issue, however, I doubt it will cause his days to be limited.

The Pats dismantled the Chargers, and they didn't do it with cheating. You can bet your *** they had people watching what was going on on the Pats sideline. Even so, you can bet the Pats are not stupid enough to cheat the week after they got caught. Showing how they beat the Chargers, I will still say the Pats are the team to beat this year, like them or not.

I don't know if it was posted already, but the Detroit Lions being 2-0?!?!?! What the hell is going on.

Two wins down, eight more to go for a ten win season, according to Jon Kitna, of course.

That's probably the reason why he came back into the game after suffering a concussion this past Sunday... his 10 win "guarantee" probably had something to do with that decision.

He may be gone soon.

ESPN Page 2 - TMQ: Dark days in the NFL

This is not part of the artical, I just thought it was funny.

Quote:
Right now as were speaking belichick has mignons 10 stories below gillette stadium shoveling tons of papers into furnaces

Belichick: "MIGNONS!!! GOODELL IS ON HIS WAY, MAKE HASTE AND DESTROY IT ALL! And you will be repayed"

Mignons: "YES LORD BELICHICK"

Mignon 1 whispers to Mignon 2: "I cant wait until we get it! Bradys first child is going to taste so delicious"
